Terms and Conditions
These terms below apply to all customers except private individuals. Bellaco Sweden AB sales are only aimed at companies, organizations, the state, municipalities, county councils, etc. We reserve the right to refuse purchases from private individuals.
Prices are updated regularly in the shop. Each price must be considered current unless otherwise agreed. All prices are shown excluding VAT. Shipping will be added to each order unless otherwise agreed according to the information below. Bellaco Sweden AB has the right to change prices in the shop without prior notice. An agreed price applies between Bellaco Sweden AB and the customer unless otherwise specifically agreed. For ordered goods and non-stocked goods, Bellaco Sweden AB reserves the right to cancel orders in such a case when we can not receive the goods from any of our suppliers or that the price of the goods changes significantly.
When ordering, you as a customer receive an order confirmation by email. This is an acknowledgment that we have received the order but not a confirmation that we can deliver. When we process the order, a new email is sent out announcing that the order has been processed. At this stage, the order is considered to be confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we are unable to purchase the product or if the purchase price changes significantly from the time of purchase.
Payment is made against invoice or PayPal. Buy against invoice undergoes the usual credit check before the order is approved. The invoice must be paid within 10-30 days depending on the payment agreement between the customer and Bellaco Sweden AB. In the event of late payment, Bellaco Sweden AB has the right to charge default interest in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act, as well as the statutory reminder fee and collection fee, including collection costs. The products remain the property of Bellaco Sweden AB until full payment has been made. If there is reasonable doubt regarding the customer's ability to pay, Bellaco Sweden AB has the right to shorten the credit period, demand advance payment or other security for future deliveries.
Deliveries from Bellaco Sweden AB webshop are mostly made from Sweden and by a carrier or courier company hired by Bellaco Sweden AB or a distributor with specified delivery terms. By default, we charge a shipping cost on all our deliveries. This applies unless otherwise stated.
At present, deliveries can be made in different shipments and also with different freight forwarders. It can be Postnord, Bring, DHL, Schenker, UPS or another forwarder. For orders placed in stock before 14.00, we usually process the order the same day and the goal is that it can be delivered the next day. However, external influences may mean that this is not always the case, but we work continuously to reduce delivery time. Bellaco Sweden AB is not responsible for delays related to carrier, delay or residual listing with the manufacturer or distributor. When the order is processed at Bellaco Sweden AB's warehouse, there is no possibility to change the delivery address. Make sure that the correct delivery address is filled in before placing the order. For ordered goods and non-stocked goods, Bellaco Sweden AB reserves the right to cancel orders in such a case as we can not receive the goods from any of our suppliers or that the price of the goods changes significantly.
Complaints & Warranty
Upon receipt of delivery, the customer must check the product and delivery that it is in acceptable condition and that the product is complete and correct. Should there be anything incorrect in the delivery, this must be notified to Bellaco Sweden AB immediately, however within 5 days from the delivery date and return the product in the manner specified by Bellaco Sweden AB.
There are two types of warranty claims:
1. DOA, the product is defective upon delivery
2. Other warranty
Regarding these two types of cases, the conditions that Bellaco Sweden AB has vis-à-vis the manufacturer apply. The customer's terms are the same as these.
In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact Bellaco Sweden AB for instructions on further proceedings.
Warranty does not cover defects that have occurred due to external influences or changes in the product's function or appearance.
The warranty period may differ between different products and manufacturers. This is specified in the product information on each product. Bellaco Sweden AB does not provide any additional guarantees in addition to each manufacturer's specified warranty terms unless otherwise agreed.
Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer must check the delivered products. Any transport damage must be reported immediately to Bellaco Sweden AB and the carrier. Any hidden damage must be reported as soon as possible, no later than one week from receipt. If it takes longer than that, the customer and Bellaco Sweden AB lose the right to make a claim against the carrier.
Return of goods only takes place in the event of incorrect delivery or of cases of the type Complaints & Warranty that have been approved by Bellaco Sweden AB unless otherwise agreed between Bellaco Sweden AB and the customer.
